Your order will be shipped in the name of the buyer within 30 (thirty) days at the latest after the product reaches the Seller, for delivery within Turkey to the buyer or the address provided.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to withdraw from distance contracts related to the sale of goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt or before taking delivery without any legal or penal liability, without giving any reason, and without any payment. For distance contracts related to the provision of services, this period starts from the date the contract is signed. If a single order or a single product is delivered to the consumer multiple times, the deadline is based on the last delivery date. If the same product is delivered regularly multiple times, the withdrawal period starts from the first delivery date.

The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, including shipping fees, shall be borne by the seller. If the seller fails to provide prior information regarding the right of withdrawal in the preliminary information form, the withdrawal period is one year; with appropriate notice within that year, the 14-day period starts.

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt or the date of contract signing by rejecting the goods or services and returning them from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the seller or provider. You can notify your withdrawal by sending an email to musterihizmetleri@dagi.com.tr, calling the support line at 0850 241 80 94, or filling out the form at https://www.dagi.com.tr/talep-ve-oneriler. Accordingly, the buyer may use the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of the product as specified in the Distance Contract. The buyer must exercise the right of withdrawal to the Seller.

The buyer has accepted the goods/services that cannot be withdrawn as stipulated in Article 6 of the Distance Contract.

After exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product subject to the return to UPS Cargo or MNG Cargo with payment made by the seller. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products whose protective elements such as packaging, seals, tapes, and wrapping have been opened and used after delivery, or for products that are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons.

COMPLAINT NOTIFICATION

The buyer can submit return, exchange, and all other complaints and requests except the right of withdrawal to the notification addresses and phones specified in Article 3. Requests and demands related to product quality control will be communicated to the customer by phone or email after the related product inspection report. If the buyer is justified, necessary return or exchange processes will be carried out, and the process will be completed.

VALIDITY

This preliminary information form will proceed to the stage of establishing a consumer contract after the consumer reads and accepts it electronically. The consumer can access this preliminary information form and the distance sales contract at any time through the 'my orders' link and the order confirmation email.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The consumer may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Industry and Trade every December, either in the place where the consumer purchased the goods or services or at their residence for complaints and objections.
