On the page that opens, click the Join Now! button, enter your email address and password, then provide your actively used mobile phone number. If you approve email and SMS notifications, you’ll be notified about our discounts.

Why should I become a member?

Can I shop without becoming a member?

You can place an order without creating an account. Simply provide your delivery address and personal details at the checkout step. However, creating an account will make it easier for you to track your order.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you forget your password, click the membership icon at the top right of the homepage on Dagi.com.tr, then click the If you forgot your password, click here link on the page that opens and enter your email address. A new password will be sent to your email.

How is online shopping secured?

What is the delivery time for my order?

Your order will be handed over to the shipping company within 2-4 business days. Delivery will be made by the shipping company depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to the shipping company’s workload on Sundays, public holidays, or special days.

Can I shop with foreign bank credit cards?

Unfortunately, payments with foreign bank cards are not accepted.

Can I shop with installments?

Installment options vary depending on your bank. You will see your bank’s installment options once you enter your credit card information on the payment screen.

I have a gift voucher, how can I use it?

Add the product(s) you want to buy to your cart. Click the Enter Coupon Code link on the right side of the cart page. Enter your discount code into the field that appears and click the apply button. If your cart meets the campaign conditions, the discount will be applied to your total.

Can I buy every product I see in Dagi stores from dagi.com.tr?

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been packed or invoiced yet after placing it on Dagi.com.tr, you can send an email to musterihizmetleri@dagi.com.tr to request cancellation. Your order will be canceled within the same day.

Which shipping company do you work with, and what is the shipping fee?

We deliver via MNG Cargo. For purchases from our online store, the shipping fee to all parts of Turkey is 39.99 TL. Orders of 1,000 TL and above qualify for free shipping.

How can I track my shipment?

To track your order, visit www.dagi.com.tr and scroll down to the bottom of the page. In the Frequently Asked Questions section, click the Order Tracking link and enter your tracking number in the query box to view the status.
